Queensland Supply
We consolidate export programs from north to south Queensland for a balanced season: early Shepard (Feb–Apr) followed by Hass (Apr–Oct). Fruit is harvested to target dry-matter, hydro-cooled or pre-cooled, and packed to your count, grade and label requirements.

Hass
The global export standard: pebbled skin, full buttery flavour and excellent shelf life. Darkens on ripening.

Shepard
Green-skin variety that remains green when ripe. Clean, nutty flavour and smooth texture. Popular early season option.

Palletisation
- Australian CHEP / Loscam pallets.
- Typically 6 layers × 10 cartons (60/plt) or program-specific stack patterns.
- Corner boards, top sheets, and full pallet wrap for export stability.
QA, Cold-Chain & Handling
Harvest & Maturity
- Fruit harvested against program dry-matter / oil thresholds.
- Field bins handled to minimise abrasion and stem-end damage.
- Hydrocool / pre-cool prior to packing where required.
Cooling & Transit
- Recommended setpoints: 5–7°C (Hass), 6–8°C (Shepard). RH 85–95%.
- Ventilation to manage CO₂ build-up; ethylene control for longer transit.
- Container pulp temp logging and arrival reporting available.
